Southport

This past weekend I got to spend some time with my Summer Project friend Josh Gale in Southport, North Carolina.  I got a chance to see his growing heart and passion for Christ.  His constant attempt to share the Gospel spurred me to want to continue in my growth with Christ.  Over the past few weeks my focus has been taken off Him by things of this world.  I was desiring to walk with Him, but I was not walking with Him.  I was so tied up in doing things and being busy that I was not making time for my Lord and Savior.  Seeing Josh’s faith in Christ and desire to walk in Him has pushed me to not be busy anymore and make more time for God.  It can be so easy to push God to the side and cast Him away.  I pray that this be some encouragement to some of ya’ll who might be going through a similar time.
