Being a Worship Pastor(Technically!)

by Josh on June 4, 2009

At Mosaic-Raleigh we just underwent a transition in Pastoral Leadership, for our first pastor left during the month of February.  The past few months have been very exciting and when I heard that we had decided to undertake a new Pastor named Michael Moss, a joy burst out inside me.  The Pastoral leadership of Mosaic-Raleigh has been casting vision for what the Community of Faith will be in the future and I am thankful for the people who stayed on board and supported the Church during transition.  As Michael stepped into his role at the Church things began to change subtly for the good of the Community.  I am thankful that the band has continued to step it up each week and lead people into the presence of the living King.  As we continue on in growth and as a Community,  I am excited for the challenges that will arise and being able to step out in faith as Pastors.  I have really learned alot about Ministry and I am thankful for the Communtiy I have at Mosaic-Raleigh.  I challenge you to check out the PodCasts at Mosaic-Raleigh’s website.  Additionally, I challenege you if something hard has been arising in life to continue pressing on toward the Prize as Paul did, never stopping and never looking back(dwelling on the failures).
